Jennifer Hanes, DVM
Dr. Jennifer Hanes grew up in North Carolina, graduating from North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1988. She worked in daytime practices in the San Francisco Bay Area and lived for a short time in Saudi Arabia. Jennifer has practiced emergency medicine exclusively for the last 13 years at South Peninsula. She has been a member of the International Veterinary Emergency and Critical Society since 1996. Pain management is just one of her many professional interests. At home, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, a horse trainer, and their horses, cats and dogs. She also provides a non-profit sanctuary for hummingbirds and long-nosed bats.
